02.19.12 There will be a Deacon ordination service for Bryan Houston during the evening service on Sunday.

02.26.12 There will be a baptism and observance of the Lord's Supper during the 11 am service. Shane Kennedy will deliver the message during the evening service.

03.02.12 and 03.03.12 NCMB Disaster Relief Certification Training for our region will be held in Lenoir County (exact location still to be determined). Classes will be 4:30 to 10:00 pm Friday and will be completed by 3:00 pm Saturday. Space will be provided for sleeping but you must bring your own cot or air mattress (no doubles). Showers will also be provided. The cost is $40.00/person and you are eligible if you are age 15+ w/parent. Anyone interested in going, please see Kay to sign up and pay fees.

04.01.12 through 04.06.12 Mr. Charles Towler will be back for another fun and informative week of Singing School. Registration is $20.00 per person and you can see Jan or Gayle for registration forms. We are planning an "Old Convention Choir" concert on the final night of school.

04.30.12 through 05.02.12 The Sonshine Club is planning a bus trip to the "Spring Time Jubilee 2012" in Myrtle Beach. Seating on the bus is limited to 55. Gayle has flyers with all of the information about the trip, so see her ASAP if you would like to attend.

06.21.12 through 06.25.12 The Youth will be attending camp at Ridgecrest this year. If you are a youth and interested in going to camp, see Kay or Suzanne for details.

07.15.12 through 07.20.12 Vacation Bible School. More details to come.
